We will release more later. However, to keep our community with a top quality standard of top 3 out of 1000 general public in terms of academic achievements, we still need to tighten our qualification rules overall.


If a university cannot be added in our Global Elites Network pool universitywide, they still have a chance of joining us via top 5 rankings in its own specialty. For example, because Purdue University is a public one and Indiana state laws require that no child be left behind, its overall undergraduate student body is not good enough, but its graduate schools are very good, with some even top-notch, attracting close to 10K graduate students from more than 100 countries of the world, 4 of which such as Industrial Engineering have been ranked #1 spot in the United States and even globally. Therefore, Purdue graduate students in Industry Engineering et al would be eligible to be issued a life-time golden pass for them to join our http://GlobalElites.net community.
